As Fused Armor transitions from our highly successful R&D phase into marketing, licensing, and operations we are filled with high expectations.  It is clearly evident to us that we have had divine grace and guidance every step of the way.  Our Company's progress to date has been funded by the sale of restricted stock to a few qualified friends and friends of friends residing in four countries.  We are blessed with a small group that comprises the best shareholders one could possibly hope for.

Now we are looking forward to entering into discussions with end-users regarding their utilization of our proprietary technology.  We know of no industry which cannot benefit substantially from Fused Armor.
